Time and date of the last sync: Our customer service department needs this information so they can check that the available information is up-to-date during repairs.
Set schedule (date and time): This is required for the Schedule feature.
Set the mowing area (start point and frequency): This is required for the Area function.
Mowing time: This is required for the Statistics function.
Mower Status: This is required for the Status Indication feature.
Error Messages: This is required for the Error Messages feature.
Rain Sensor Setup: This is required for the Rain Sensor Setup function.
Trim Setup: This is required for the Trim Setup function.
Email addresses of other users: Save email addresses so other users can use the registered device.
Device Name: The saved device name for user personalization.
Firmware Version: Our customer service department requires the firmware version so they can check that the firmware is up to date during repairs. This information is also required for the "Firmware Update" function.
Battery charge status: This is stored for display in the app.
Item Number: This is determined based on the serial number and is required to register the device.
Version number: This is not actively transmitted, but is determined according to the serial number, and the device needs to be registered.
MAC address: This is not actively transmitted by the app, but part of the Bluetooth protocol, provided to us by Android to identify the device.
We do not sell any personal information to third parties, unless required for the purpose of entering into the contract or you have expressly consented to it. For example, when providing services, we may need to forward your address and order information to your wholesale partners, service partners. If a third-party service provider is used, we contractually guarantee that the third-party service provider will comply with the privacy standards applicable to them in your jurisdiction.

Our app accesses certain features on your device, such as Wi-Fi network status. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and to allow you to interact with them. Access Bluetooth settings: Bluetooth is used to connect your mobile end device and lawn mower. This requires a location share specified by the operating system. Without this, the use of Bluetooth would not be possible. We cannot access the location at any time. Retrieve Wi-Fi connections access internet data.
These are used for communication between the user and the server, for example during the login process.
This access is required if you activate push notifications in the app. For example, on the locked screen. There is no data transfer here. It is also required by firmware updates for robotic lawnmowers. The new firmware is installed on the robotic lawnmower via an app or mobile phone. As this update process can take several minutes, we will disable sleep mode during the period to avoid interruptions to the update process.
This access is required when submitting crash reports.
You can receive written information about what data we store about you (eg name, address) free of charge at any time upon request. Furthermore, you have the right to rectify or delete these data if statutory requirements are met. Business process data subject to statutory retention periods is not subject to this right to delete.
